Wow, I cannot believe that we are almost halfway through this pregnancy! Time seemed to move so slowly in the beginning, and at some point it just started flying by. Baby's movements became noticeable - but infrequently so - a few weeks ago, but are now something I enjoy daily. I even felt baby (easily!) from the outside this evening; the best parts of pregnancy have begun! I'm still feeling great, enjoying the beginnings of a baby belly, and still having to remind myself that I really am pregnant again.
We had our second appointment with the midwife today; the belly's measuring right on track at 17 cm. And, AJ got to enjoy his favorite part of prenatal visits: listening to baby's beautiful heartbeat, which was in the 150s again. We'll get to check back in on baby again in six weeks!
